For adults who can measure carefully and use a drill safely. Preparation is part of the project.

What to have ready

Drill/driver, suitable drill bits and driver bit
Fixed drill depth stop and countersink
Four clamps, ruler, square and caliper
Sanding block, workbench and dust extraction
Protective equipment as specified in the manual

No table saw or router required. Cutting the parts yourself? Use a fine-tooth hand saw or a jigsaw with a guide. The manual includes the full list.

Prepare the wood: The guide includes a pre-cut route. Ask your supplier in advance whether they can cut the small parts to size too.
Plan the time: Estimate: 4–6 hours with pre-cut wood. Self-cutting adds about 1–1½ hours. Drying and curing time are additional; your pace and tools determine the actual build time.
You supply: Wood, screws, glue, paint, masks, sandpaper, tools and protective equipment. Total costs depend on your choices and what you already own.
The design: Two levels, twelve parking spaces and eight wooden parts. There is no ramp: cars are placed on the upper level by hand.

Will I receive a garage or a kit?

You receive one digital plan as a ZIP download, with your chosen manual, matching lists and digital name guide. Nothing is shipped. You supply the wood, materials, tools and physical masks.

Why use these plans instead of drawing my own?

The parts, drilling positions and sequence are already laid out. You are buying the prepared instructions, matching lists and name files. If you enjoy designing, that can be a rewarding part of your own project.

How does the name work?

Choose an edition and enter your wording. Preview the lettering before payment, or choose the name later. You receive a printable name PDF and SVG cutting file for a temporary mask. Test the print scale, film and paint first. No physical letters or masks are supplied.

Which edition should I choose?

Dutch EU and English EU use A4, millimetres and EU materials. English US uses US Letter, inches and US materials. You receive only your selected edition. Sales are currently limited to consumers in supported EU VAT territories, including when choosing the US edition.

When can I download the files?

After confirmed payment, you receive a purchase email with your private link, order reference and terms. Once that email is sent, the download is available on your personal order page. Choose the name before or after purchase; with iDEAL, choose it afterwards.

Can my child help with the build?

This is an adult construction project. Keep children away from cutting, drilling, sanding, wet paint and small parts. You can choose a name or colour together. Check the finished garage for loose joints, sharp edges and splinters, let paint and glue cure fully, and choose age-appropriate cars.

Is making it cheaper?

Not necessarily. Wood, paint and tools cost extra, and the total depends on what you already own. Choose this project because you want to make something personal; a saving over a ready-made garage is not guaranteed.

I’m also working on a Mini Garage kit. I plan to cut and finish the wooden parts myself at home in the Netherlands, ready for you to put together.

The idea is to take care of the wood preparation, so you can put together a garage for your child. The contents and assembly details are still being worked out.

Initially for customers in the EU. Before sales open, I’ll confirm the shipping countries, kit contents and price.

This is a free interest list, not an order or reservation. There is no launch date yet.
